Your bid number constitutes a legal contract to purchase an item and is. All items must be paid in full on the evening of the Taste. Cash, credit cards and personal checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club.
All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified, no exchange or refund of items will be made. Please wait until the end of the live auction to pay for all of your items in full. All auction items must be removed from the premises on the night of the auction.
All items are sold as is. The Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club has attempted to correctly describe and catalog all items, including all known restrictions and expiration dates. All property is sold “as is” and the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be held responsible for the correctness of descriptions.
Be aware of restrictions and limitations. Please take note of all the restrictions, limitations and/or
expiration dates listed within this program. It is the bidder’s responsibility to be aware of these restrictions while bidding. Some have specified time periods and cannot be changed,
negotiated or returned.
Tax deductions. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, only the amount paid for in excess of the actual cash value is tax deductible. Please retain this auction catalog for each item’s stated value. Please consult with your tax advisor for further information regarding tax deductibility of the purchased items.
Sales Tax. Sales tax is automatically added per state law to each taxable purchase. Services and experiences are not taxed, only tangible goods are.
